Hanns-Peter has a diploma in business administration and more than 25 years of management experience. Before founding his firm VIRETUM CONSULT he was a director of a major German bank in their corporate finance department, head of M&A at a corporate finance advisory, as well as general partner and manager of several international private equity and venture capital firms. He completed over 100 transactions with more than 50 companies at all stages of development in various industries throughout Europe, the US and Israel. Of these he was able to bring 15 public and as supervisory or advisory board member advise a large number over many years in their business cycles, in numerous financing rounds and M&A transactions. He is a family man who loves reading, cooking and sports like tennis or skiing.
