InnoSource Ventures AG is an innovation scouting and corporate venturing advisory firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. The company operates as an independent innovation division of the Swiss family office Toledo Capital AG. Its mission is to connect companies with the Israeli startup ecosystem. InnoSource provides customized consulting services to corporations, mid-sized companies, investors and startups. The company helps outstanding technology firms enter other parts of the world by connecting them with established companies and venture capital investors. At the same time, it acts on behalf of corporations and SMEs in their search for innovation partners in the start-up environment. InnoSource Ventures’ global network includes companies, as well as around 10,000 venture capital investors worldwide, and provides access to the Israeli start-up ecosystem, primarily in the healthcare, high-tech and sustainability sectors. Currently, the company founded by Adina Krausz employs 25 people.
Adina Krausz has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She acquired her extensive knowledge in the world’s major financial centres, from Germany to New York and the Middle East. Her many years of working in an international environment in private banking enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the financial needs of wealthy families. She has lived and worked in Zurich since 2008.
Adina Krausz is well versed in traditional portfolio management as well as in venture capital and private markets. With over 20 years of business relations to Israel, she has also built a broad network of Israeli high-tech start-ups, international VC firms and companies from the DACH region.

Adina Krausz verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bankenbranche. Sie erwarb ihr umfangreiches Wissen in den wichtigsten Finanzzentren der Welt, von Deutschland über New York bis in den Nahen Osten. Ihre langjährige Tätigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld im Private Banking ermöglichte es ihr dabei, ein tiefes Verständnis für die finanziellen Bedürfnisse wohlhabender Familien zu entwickeln. Seit 2008 lebt und arbeitet sie in Zürich.
Adina Krausz ist sowohl im klassischen Portfoliomanagement als auch im Bereich Venture Capital und Private Markets versiert. Mit über 20 Jahren Geschäftsbeziehungen nach Israel hat sie zudem ein breites Netzwerk von israelischen High-Tech-Start-ups, internationalen VC-Gesellschaften und Unternehmen aus der DACH-Region aufgebaut.
